You must report the correct number of guests on the reservation. We do not allow visitors in the home that are not registered guests. We enforce our policy using our cameras and onsite house manager. We will report violations of this policy to Airbnb and cancel reservation without refund if additional guests are found to be in the home. We cannot accommodate early check-in or late checkout due to the short window of time we have to turnover rooms between guest stays.

The neighborhood is the Carrington subdivision located right off of Smallwood Drive. Very close to US 301 (Crain Highway) and all major retailers and major chain restaurants. Commuter lot for people that need to travel to Washington DC. May be restrictions with Covid.

Guest Access

Guests have access to their private bedrooms. The rest of the home is shared with other guests and house managers. Feel free to access the kitchen, dining rooms, living rooms on both levels. Guest may use patio and deck also.
