There is a zero tolerance policy for bringing guests into home that are not accounted for through your reservation. If guests are underreported, the reservation will be canceled without refund. The house manager and co-hosts access exterior cameras to ensure compliance.

You must report the correct number of guests on the reservation. We do not allow visitors in the home that are not registered guests. We enforce our policy using our cameras and onsite house manager. We will report violations of this policy to Airbnb and cancel reservation without refund if additional guests are found to be in the home. We cannot accommodate early check-in or late checkout due to the short window of time we have to turnover rooms between guest stays. Kitchen use is not allowed for guests at this time due to renovations.
